Alpha Release of Reseller Platform Launched

We have launched the alpha release of much awaited Reseller Platform on March 20, 2009. On this occasion we would like to thank all of our Resellers for the trust they have shown in us and for their association with us. Your response to my first announcement about this platform was a booster for us to work harder on this platform launch.

The Alpha launch is currently available in Invite Only Mode. Although it is in ALPHA version, all the functions are almost in working stage and live. Even your request for fund addition and domain name registration will successfully carried out through our testing server.

Resellers who have been invited to test the Alpha release can send us any bug or broken link they find in the Reseller Platform. They are requested to send an email with the screenshot (if possible) and the URL to bugreport at quantumpages dot com. Your rigorous testing will help us in making this platform a best place to work on.

Majority of the component are in distributed architecture and are connected through Web Services (API).

Track Additional Customer Information:

During customer signup process, your customer is prompted to enter the Account Manager (Sales Representative). This is however, optional and can be added / modified after signup as well. This can be done by you (reseller) as well as by the customer himself. Customer signup form is designed in a way so that you can have maximum data available with you for your future campaigns. This data covers, size of customer organization, date of birth, gender etc.

Customer Remarks:

Specify remarks for your customers as well as sub-resellers. Remarks are useful to understand customer. These remarks can be added by either technical team, billing team or marketing team. By entering remarks, it helps other team members getting educated about the customers / sub-reseller.
