Track Additional Customer Information:
During customer signup process, your customer is prompted to enter the Account Manager (Sales Representative). This is however, optional and can be added / modified after signup as well. This can be done by you (reseller) as well as by the customer himself. Customer signup form is designed in a way so that you can have maximum data available with you for your future campaigns. This data covers, size of customer organization, date of birth, gender etc.
Customer Remarks:
Specify remarks for your customers as well as sub-resellers. Remarks are useful to understand customer. These remarks can be added by either technical team, billing team or marketing team. By entering remarks, it helps other team members getting educated about the customers / sub-reseller.
